1. Place a $20 deposit to reserve your items during live stream.

• The deposit will be applied to your final balance.
• Full balance must be paid within 24 hours.
• Your order will be automatically cancelled & stock released if payment overdue.
• You can contact customer service for a $20 deposit refund.

   👉 If the total value of your selected items is less than $20, your deposit can be carried over to our next live stream.

2. Once full payment is completed within the 24-hour window:

    ✅ NO partial item cancellation / removing individual items from the order

    ✅ Full order refund is acceptable

    ❌ Partial return & reducing item quantity will NOT be supported
